    What if the phone is a android and not fancy expensive e phone? Or it is used and given as a gift so who determines the duty/tax

    1. It doesn’t matter about the condition of the Phones, even if you buy phone outside Pakistan and bring it to Pakistan, that won’t work and you will have to pay these duties. A detailed method on how to check taxes on different phones and pay them is given in the article above.
